The property can accommodate up to 7 guests plus 2 infants up to 2 years of age. Please note that exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional guest fees starting at $65 per person per night.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please be aware that check-in after 9:00 PM is not allowed unless approved in writing in advance, and late check-in/check-out may result in additional charges.
Parties and events are not permitted at the property. However, we can accommodate photoshoots. Please contact us for more information and fees.
One pet allowed with prior written permission and an additional $99 cleaning fee. Please follow the guidelines provided, including using protective sheets for your pet and leashing your dog when outside.
Recreational vehicles, camping, or other overnight accommodations outside the home are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violation of this rule may result in a minimum charge of $250.
Yes, we provide a washer and dryer to ensure that families and travelers can conveniently manage their laundry needs during their stay.
While no house is child-proof and children of all ages require adult supervision at all times, we have endeavored to make our home a place where all travelers feel welcome, including providing amenities tucked away in our “family closet” so families with a baby and/or children can feel supported, without changing the aesthetics of the home for those traveling without children. Tucked away inside the glass front cabinet within the master closet is our “family closet.” You’ll find the items listed below.

If there was a health emergency, you will pass the hospital (which has an emergency room) on your way to the house, so it’ll be a quick trip and you’ll know exactly where it is.
We provide these items in good faith because we have travelled with our children since birth and want to make travel easier for families. Please use all items as directed and supervise children at all times. These items are provided for your convenience and are use at your own risk, we accept no liability.
Safety is our priority. We provide items like outlet covers, cabinet locks, door pinch guards, and double-sided bed rail/bumpers for toddlers to ensure a secure environment for your family. Additionally, the pool area is fully fenced with an adult height lock.

Our family friendly amenities are tucked away in our family closet, which allows the beautiful interior design and nature to take center stage for all travellers.
