2nd Floor:
The Master bedroom features a King bed and newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with jet tub and shower, walk-in closet space, large patio with dining and lounge area overlooking the yard and heated pool.

First Floor:
The first floor has 2 Queen bedrooms with a jack and Jill full bathroom, and another full bathroom just across the hall with laundry room (washer & dryer).

ADU:
The ADU has 1 King murphy bed, kitchen full bath, and seating area.

The 4 full bathrooms in this home have all been stylishly remodeled.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare meals for your family in the fully-stocked kitchen. Youll find a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blenders, toaster oven (I don’t believe we left a toaster oven?), and so much more for perfect group meals. We provide cooking basics as well as silverware, dishes, pots, and pans.
Once your meal is ready, choose our formal dining area right next to the kitchen. The elegant dining table can easily seat 8 comfortably. The coffee maker is conveniently located in the breakfast bar nook so you can fix yourself a morning coffee.

The living room space is an open plan and leads to the large cloud couch sectional where you can cozy up on the comfortable chairs or L-shaped sofa in front of the TV or next to the heat emitting fireplace. Enjoy the natural light flooding through the windows . Enjoy a good book by the fireplace, set up a chess game, or to get some work done.

WiFi and climate control are available throughout the home.

OUTDOOR SPACE

• NOISE: This is a home to enjoy relaxation and each other, not a party house. While our home is visually private, we do have neighbors and in residential neighborhoods voices carry, especially in the evening from our hilltop location. Our neighbors enjoy the peace and quiet of this neighborhood, please follow their example and keep outdoor noise and especially music at a low level. Per local ordinance all amplified music and noise after 10pm will not be tolerated by our community of neighbors (who are our friends). Unplug and unwind, bring the conversation inside.
