☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
With three bedrooms, this peaceful oasis has plenty of room and relaxation for 5 guests. Boasting comfortable mattresses, pillows, Brooklinen beddings, and lovely decor, the bedrooms are havens for long nights of blissful sleep.

The master bedroom features a King bed, plenty of space to move about, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access through the sliding doors to the porch with a hanging chair, and garden patio too.
The spacious Lunar Room at the opposite end of the house boasts a Queen bed, and sunrise views. You can see the Casita through the sliding glass doors.
A bedroom adjacent to the main entrance houses a single bed and offers gorgeous views of the boulders through large windows.

While there is a casita on the property, it is never rented separately and is NOT included in this listing. If you need a additional space you can rent the main house PLUS casita together at our other listing (just send us a message)
(separate casita features adds a 4th spacious bedroom with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and outdoor patio)

The 2 bathrooms in this home each offer a unique point of view. Surrounded by beautiful decor and floor to ceiling glass windows, the main bathroom is the epitome of luxury self-care. Choose between the large soaking tub or the stand-in shower with rain shower features. The Master bedroom’s en suite bathrooms offer standing showers surrounded by gorgeous decor too.

Prepare meals for your family in the fully-stocked chef’s kitchen. You’ll find a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, blenders, toaster oven, and so much more for perfect group meals. We provide cooking basics as well as silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. There’s enough counter space to make meal preparation a breeze.

Once your meal is ready, the dining area is right next to the kitchen. The chic dining table can seat 8 comfortably and we even have an extension piece if you need more space. The barware cabinet is just a few steps away so you can fix yourself a cocktail.

The space is open plan and leads to the living room where you can cozy up on the comfortable chairs or L-shaped sofa in front of the TV and next to the fireplace. Enjoy the natural light flooding through the floor to ceiling mid-century glass doors.

WiFi and climate control are available throughout the home.

The true star of the home is the outdoor space, from a landscape peppered with monster boulders, 65 year old mature cactus garden, the master bedroom deck with a hanging swing, to the large patio with a grill and a dining area. Afternoons are best spent in our large, pristine kidney pool (not heated) surrounded by the stunning boulders, and if you start to overheat, take an outdoor shower or catch some shade & a cool drink in the cabana. Watching the sunset or sunrise in the HUGE 14 foot by 7 foot bubbling hot tub is such a delight!

This area is renowned for its forever vistas of the Mojave Desert and its proximity to the national park. It is just minutes from Joshua Tree Village with its quirky and eclectic High Desert vibe — including a variety of food, drink, music and shopping options. And a short distance beyond the village is the west entrance to the national park. The Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum is also nearby.

Dirt road speed limit is 25 MPH maximum and our neighbors maintain the road, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not in our neighborhood.

• NOISE: This is a home to enjoy nature and each other, not a party house. While our home is visually private, we do have neighbors and in the desert voices carry, especially in the evening from our hilltop location directly to our immediate neighbors ears. Our full time desert resident neighbors enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert, please follow their example and keep outdoor noise and especially poolside music at a low level. Per local ordinance all amplified music after 8pm, and excessive late night noise after 10pm will not be tolerated by our community of neighbors (who are our friends). Unplug and enjoy the sounds of the birds, the breeze, and the rustling of the trees.

• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

• DOGS: Dogs are welcome and there is a one time fee of $60.

• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
